  • Training video for using new CLPHS templates (recording 

  • The new invoicing templates are available to utilize in lieu of the DA-38, however they are not required to be used in place of the DA-38. Each LPHA can choose to utilize either the DA-38 or the new invoice templates, whichever best suits your needs.
