PHIG Funding
BP4 ends November 2027. BP5 starts December 1, but DHSS has not yet heard from CDC if Missouri can apply for BP5.

There has been some chatter about a possible second cycle of PHIG funding, but DHSS has heard nothing concrete from CDC on this yet.
Core Funding FY27
Funding distributed through the Participation Agreement for State Investment in Public Health Services (Core) for FY27 will remain consistent with funding distributed in FY26. Total distribution through the Core agreement for FY27 will be $13,586,508, with $5,686,508 being General Revenue funding and $7,900,000 being CHIP H.S.I. funding.
