Total cost with shipment was $1,274.55 (tax free).

Here is some information we received from WIC regarding using WIC funds:

ADA scales are WIC eligible. LAs need to follow the same LAP, approval and acquisition processes to purchase, though.

If the purchase of the scale is not already in their FFY26 LAP budget they would need to choose one of the options below.

• Complete the WIC 95 and check one of the “not included in the LAP” boxes.

  • The WIC 95 would need to be approved by Operations.

  • Depending on the box selected Operations would:

    • If they have money already in their budget, Operations will work with the LA to move the money to the correct line.

    • If they need money to cover the purchase, a contract amendment would be done adding in-kind to their budget. If there is enough at the end of the FFY they would be reimbursed for the scale.

• Add the scale to the FFY27 Lap for purchase after October 1, 2026.
